28 day Gut Regeneration
"All disease begins in the gut" - Hippocrates
Now more than ever, due to our highly processed diet our microbiome health is at a historical low. This has been caused by multiple sources including, antibiotics, pesticides, processed foods and pollution. This imbalance has caused issues that are only prevalent in the past 50 years. Many people no longer are in control of their weight, mood, behavior and health.

The Regenerate program is a 28 day cycle containing our specialty yogurts that have been fermented to contain over 80 billion live bacteria that will work to reprogram and heal your microbiome. For context, a typical probiotic pill contains 2 billion.

How does it work?
We deliver to you every Wednesday enough yogurts for 7 days. We will aim to provide equal amounts of each variety over the cycle. However, if you wish to have more of a specific type then we are happy to accommodate that! It's your body!

What bacteria is inside and what does it help with?
- Lactobacillus Reuteri. Accelerated healing, restoration of muscle, smoother skin, increased skin moisture.
- Bacillus Coagulans - Reduce inflammation, reduce irritable bowel syndrome, reduce arthritis pain.
- Lactobacillus Gasserri - Regulate hunger, reduce waist size, reduce irritable bowel syndrome, reduce blood and urinay levels of oxalate (kidney stones)
- Lactobacillus Helveticus - Reduce anxiety, lift mood
- Lactobacillus Casei Shirota - Boost immune system, resistance to viral illness, accelerated recovery from viral illness.

Please note. That in order to gain maximum benefit we recommend avoiding certain food types.

Is the yogurt flavored?
We leave it plain with a Greek yogurt style consistency. We add superfood toppings to elevate each of them so they are as delicious as they are beneficial. These include, chia seeds, cacoa, coconut, almond, dates, berries and walnuts to name a few!

Why is this better than probiotic pills and yogurt already available?
Our longer fermentation time produces a far higher yield per serving than both of these options.

When is this available?
Now! :)
