No Time To Cook has been a total game-changer for me. As a busy full-time working mom, I was looking for a way to reset my wellness without adding more stress—and this healthy, well-balanced meal delivery service has done exactly that. The meals helped me reconnect with my body’s natural hunger cues and break the habit of mindless eating. The variety in the menu keeps things interesting, the portion control is just right, and you can’t beat the convenience of having it delivered right to your door. I also appreciated Chef Rob’s thoughtful check-ins throughout the program. His support helped keep me accountable and on track, which made a big difference in staying motivated and consistent. Attached are two snapshots from my weight loss progress from doing the program twice (Spring & Fall). The second time, I had a great start, then went on a business trip (which caused a bit of a spike), but I was able to get back on track quickly thanks to the structure and support of the program.
